Eric the Entertainer provides the perfect option. Not only will you get a professional DJ with over 20 years of experience in Christchurch and Canterbury but you also get an acoustic soloist who has been in the Christchurch music scene since he was in High School. Eric has performed with the likes of Jason Kerrison from Op Shop and Nathan King of Zed and has appeared on TV shows such as What Now and Telethon.
Eric originally trained at the New Zealand broadcasting school so brings the professional edge of live radio to his Gigs. He has amazing music knowledge and uses this to read the crowd and play the right music at the right time to ensure everyone has a great time.
Eric specialises in good party tunes from the 60's 70's 80's 90's and today that will make you wanna get up and dance. If you are looking for a drum and bass DJ however he's not the guy.
With a state of the art lightshow with moving heads and a fantastic looking set up your guests will be wowed.
Erics Niche is Weddings and Corporate functions where there is a diverse group of people of all ages.
He can also step in and provide MC services if required and has hosted Bingo and Quiz nights as well as many other large events.

Things have finally calmed down a bit so I can take the time to just thank you so so so much for Saturday. You were amazing! It was so good, both the acoustic and the dj-ing were perfect! You really got the party going and we had so many wonderful comments from the guests how great you were and how perfect you were for the setting.
It honestly was one of my personal highlights, watching friends and family dance and have such a great time. My grandmother has barely left the house since COVID and watching her on the dance floor was like she was free and young again how I remembered her at family functions 20 years ago. Family members who are usually quite stiff were up dancing and I just had magical moments that I'll never forget. Thank you for helping facilitate it all.
